Sausage, grilled peppers and onions; how good is that, all in about 10 minutes.  I have also made this by frying the sausage, peppers, and onions on the stove, then whisking the sauce ingredients in a bowl, adding it to the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens. This is great served over rice. Enjoy! <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stirmypot.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/100_29551.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/stirmypot.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/100_29551-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Kielbasa Kabobs\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1068\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stirmypot.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/100_29551-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/stirmypot.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/100_29551-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 C. sugar<br \/>\n1 Tbsp. cornstarch<br \/>\n3\/4 C. cranberry juice<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. cider vinegar<br \/>\n2 tsp. soy sauce<br \/>\n1-lb. fully cooked Kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1 1\/2-in. pieces<br \/>\n1 medium sweet red pepper, cut into 1-in. pieces<br \/>\n1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-in. pieces<br \/>\n1 medium onion, cut into 1-in. pieces<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent:.25in;\">In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.  Stir in cranberry juice, vinegar and soy sauce.  Bring to a boil, cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened.  On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread sausage, peppers and onions.  Grill, uncovered, over medium to high heat for 8-10 minutes or until veggies are done to your liking.
