So simple yet so very delicious.  At first I was hesitant about the 2 tablespoons of horseradish, but it gave great flavor and wasn&#8217;t too spicy.  If you are having a crowd this is simple to double and also works great as an appetizer when sliced thin. Add the sausage, and mix well.  Cook on medium\/high until it starts to boil.  Reduce heat to low and cover.
