About Me

Who’s in the kitchen at StirMyPot?

I’m Martha George, and thanks for stopping by. I’m not a chef, I just have a passion for food and cooking. Here you will see what’s cooking in my kitchen.
Eating the same food on a weekly basis, or food out of a box, just isn’t very exciting to me. Experimenting with a new flavor, or an ingredient that is new to you, wakes you up to a new eating experience. You won’t want to go back! When I started trying a new recipe each week my obsession began. My desire is to share with you those foods that I find delicious. So take a peek into my recipe box and add some of mine to yours and enjoy!

I made Chicken Parmesan today. Good but maybe you could share your recipe for it.

I’ve never roasted peppers before, much less corn. Can’t wait to try couscous with corn and peppers.

Hi girl! I reconnected with your blog again today. I bookmarked the page so I will be more apt to check in.
I would love to see more comments about you and your day to day stuff on here. More like a blog and less like a cook book, how you find a recipe, where you shop. If and why you change a recipe, where you and Kevin go out to eat and how you like it. that sort of thing. Hope to hear from you soon! Hugs, Debbie

  4. Hey there, glad you found me again. I have sent you a request on facebook, this way you can see the new recipes when I post them. Thanks!
